About

When I was younger, a loved one gifted me my first computer after I’d shown interest, and I immediately fell in love. I was hooked, gaming all day at home and learning about the magic of CSS, often until late, at school.

Realizing I could eventually teach myself to code, I decided to pursue another interest and earned a college degree in mass communication. It was a great experience because I got to learn about the media, audiences and marketing, while simultaneously studying web development and enhancing my design and writing skills.

Later on, I transitioned to learning programming languages and core computer science concepts and software architecture principles.

Over the years, I’ve worked independently and also collaborated with local and global cross-functional teams of designers, product managers and other software engineers, to develop and ship software that meets the needs of the business and end-users alike.

Through my experiences and learnings, I’ve gained a deep appreciation of the intricacies of layers of the software stack, user behaviour, product development and what’s required to build and run tech companies from the inside.

I’m currently mastering modern and decentralized web technologies, staying informed on the latest tech innovations and exploring emerging opportunities.
