Terms of service

1. Services
   • All services are provided on a consulting basis and may include advisory, system design, product design, product engineering, and AI/automation strategy.
   • Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined per engagement and confirmed in writing before work begins.
2. Fees & Payment
   • All fees are quoted in advance and must be agreed upon before work starts.
   • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
   • Work may require upfront or milestone-based payment.
   • Late payments may result in paused or terminated services.
3. Client Responsibilities
   • Provide accurate and timely information.
   • Be reasonably available for communication and feedback.
   • Respect agreed timelines and scope.

   Delays in communication or approvals may impact delivery timelines.

4. Scope & Changes
   • Any work outside the agreed scope will require a separate agreement or additional fees.
   • I reserve the right to decline requests that fall outside the defined scope.
5. Intellectual Property
   • You retain rights to your business, data, and final deliverables upon full payment.
   • I retain rights to underlying methods, frameworks, and general knowledge used in delivering the work.
6. Confidentiality
   • All client information is treated as confidential and will not be shared without permission, except where required by law.
7. No Guarantees
   • While best efforts are made to deliver high-quality outcomes, results may vary based on factors outside my control.
   • No guarantees are made regarding specific business outcomes, revenue, or performance.
8. Limitation of Liability
   • I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
   • Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
9. Termination
   • Either party may terminate an engagement at any time.
   • Fees for work already completed remain payable.
   • Any outstanding balances must be settled promptly.
10. Updates
    • These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of these services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
